Asheville Market Insight, November 2025
In market news, November saw average price move up a healthy 4.7% from a year ago while overall inventory is up by almost half. Closed sales had a big jump percentage-wise but that’s because most of what was going on last year was hurricane recovery. We’re currently seeing more sellers pull their homes off the market for the holidays but, with inventory up and percent of original list price received down, this is a good time to buy if you can find what you're looking for.
