Asheville Market Insight, September 2025

In market news, September solidified the buyers market Asheville is in. Whether purchasing with cash or snagging a loan with rates having dropped, it is a great time to buy. Lots of inventory, more choices, more time to make those choices and more leverage for buyers than they've had in years. Certainly there's no crystal ball but it feels like this won't last as Asheville and surrounding areas continue to make great progress recovering form Hurricane Helene and the number of visitors in town is proof that the area is back on people's radars. Of course, leaf season is always amazing here.
